RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER

Toronto, April 2, 2009 - The Board of Directors of Advantex Marketing International Inc. (TSX:ADX) today announced that Richard T. Groome has resigned his position as a director of the Company, effective March 30, 2009.

Richard T. Groome has served as a member of the Board of Advantex since January, 2006. The Board wishes to thank Richard T. Groome for his valuable participation over the years, and wishes him well.
